Every HOA, condo board or block association gets a private space directory. Listings, addresses and space requests are visible only to members of that community — not to the public and not to other neighborhoods.

Parking is one of the most common sources of friction in a neighborhood: guest cars in the wrong spot, a second vehicle with nowhere to go, and the towing calls that follow. Community Driveways turns the driveways, garages, carports and lots already sitting empty in your association into an organized, member-only rental directory.
What an association gets
Verified neighbors only
Every member registers with a verified email address and a verified mobile number. Contact details stay hidden from other members unless a host chooses to publish them on a listing or a rental is active between the two parties.
Space Needed requests
A member who cannot find a spot can post a Space Needed request with the dates, times and the price they are willing to pay. Any neighbor can step in and fulfill it — the listing form is prefilled from the request.
Parking permits
Hosts can require a printable permit. The renter generates it from the booking; it shows the address, the valid dates and times, and a contact number for questions — useful when your association enforces towing.
Promotions for your members
Administrators can run a promotion that waives listing fees for one member or the whole community, with a start and end date or set to run indefinitely. Active promotions are advertised on the community search page.
Setting up your community
- Create an account with your email address and mobile number.
- Search state, then city, then community to see whether yours already exists.
- If it does not, add it. A Community Driveways administrator reviews and approves new communities before members can join.
- Invite neighbors — joining an approved community is instant for them.
